1. Do I have to PreBook?

Yes, we would always advise customers pre book, this is the only way to GUARANTEE your parking space. If you simply turn up on the day without pre booking not only is it quite probable that the car park will be full but the non pre book prices are quite a bit higher than the discounted pre book rates that we offer.

2. How far in advance should I book?

We would recommend that you simply book your parking as soon as you know your final travel dates. Many of our customers can book up to a year ahead to guarantee their space and get next years service at this years price!

3. Do you have transport to the Airport?

Yes the car park has shuttle buses which are included within the price you are quoted for the car parking, on average these will run every five to fifteen minutes depending on the season or traffic at particular times of day. Park Safe recommends you arrive between 30 and 40 minutes before your airline check-in desk opens.

4. What happens when I get to the car park?

On arrival at the car park you will see the drive through check in bay. Once you have checked in, simply park in any space you like and you get to keep your car keys! We have bus stops around the car park or you can make your way to our  reception room. The courtesy bus runs a regular service and will transfer you to the airport.

5. Why do you say a week is 8 days and a fortnight is 15 days?

Car Parking is charged per day whereas holiday companies charge per night, this means that if you are going away from one Saturday to the next, you will have been away for 7 nights, but this is 8 days.

6. Do we pay when we book?

In order for your booking to be confirmed, Park Safe, or its appointed agent must receive payment. For acceptable methods of payment please see our booking conditions.

7. Is the car park secure and insured/who is liable for any damage?

Park Safe has secure perimeter fencing, with security cameras and are manned at all times. The full Terms and Conditions of Parking and Insurance are displayed at the reception at each site. Each of the car parks have accidental damage insurance for any incident s caused by a member of staff.
